Outstanding service provided by Taylor. Our vehicle repair kept getting pushed to the right and we were able to extend our rental with no delay. Highly recommend using Taylor for your rental needs, whether you live in town or visiting from out of state.

The vehicle was in unacceptable condition. It had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the tires were clearly not suitable for winter conditions, creating a serious safety risk. In addition, the car was outdated and lacked basic modern features such as Apple CarPlay and a functional rearview camera.
I had reserved the vehicle for 8 days but was forced to return it after just one day due to these issues. This experience was both inconvenient and disappointing. I would not recommend this rental company.
While it saddens me to read this review I must clear up a few things for people reading.
The guest had taken this car to a remote air bnb in Alaska in the hills. When they arrived they found that the Airbnb had not been plowed. As it turns out renting a ford escape for such an excursion was not the ideal choice. The guest became infuriated once they were stuck.
The car had BRAND NEW less than a month old Mud-snow tires on it.
Camera works, stock screen location is on dash. Retaliatory review
