Joel and Mary Lou are amazing hosts. Helpful, attentive, and kind. When there was a mix up at the beginning of our reservation, they fixed everything super quick. The car was in great shape and they even gave me tips for keeping the car in good working order in low temperatures. I would definitely rent from them again!

Joel is AMAZING!!! The Ford edge holds up very well in this negative degree Fairbanks weather. If you have transportation needs in Fairbanks, Joel is your guy!!!

Lovely communication. Great instructions and guide as well as recommendations. Car drives very well on winter roads and heats well. All that’s needed was provided and no issues at all. Very clear on expectation and smooth rental. Recommend and will book again.
