Mohammed's vehicle was fine but the customer service was pretty shady. The car says there's a child seat available but there was not an option to add it. I showed up to the airport with my toddler and had to wait over 3 hours to purchase a car seat ON MY OWN. Mohammed acted apologetic but in the end offered me $10 dollars for a car seat I paid $100 dollars for. That was not my responsibility, and for that I'm leaving not good review. Hopefully he adds that option, but I'd avoid booking him because a lack of transparency, and shady commitment to what he said he would do. TURO had to pay for his mistake because he wouldn't do what was right
Chayvion wanted me to give him 50% refund because of a mistake that he made!! He did not reserve a child seat and wanted me to provide one which I did not have at the time. To help him out I told him to buy one and I will share the cost with him.
He bought one and sent me the receipt and after check out he took the seat with and wanted 50% refund!!! I offered 20% which he did not like the left a review saying I have attitude and the car has trash clutter etc.. non is true.

The vehicle served our needs as expected. Pickup was close to our home. The host was pleasant to work with.

Replacement car notice one day prior to pick up. Replacement car left in a lot that requires the same card used upon entrance to be used to exit. Delay. I paid $21 to exit the lot.
Replacement car smelled like weed and had significant damage on back passenger quarter panel and front drivers side quarter panel. Host said it just happened that day. I had to show up to meetings in a badly damaged car.
Pretty sure the gas tank wasn’t full when I picked it up because I drove about 100 miles total on this trip and just paid $32 to fill up the tank.
Host offered a $25 discount to offset all of this rather than truly making an effort to make a bad experience better by doing something of significance.
Nice guy but needs to get this dialed in better. This is the first non 5 star rating I have given on this app.
Thank you and sorry for what happened! I really wanted to try to make this right but did not have a different car and/or other option (The damage happened just on the trip before yours and I did not want to cancel on you).
I do not own the car so I couldn’t do a full refund as you wanted and you did not have time to get a different car from Turo!
I never had issues with any of my guests and never had a one star rating which I believe it is unfair!
