Car pickup and drop off were seamless. The host had excellent communication. Price was very reasonable and he allowed extra time to rent the vehicle. This was my first time renting with Turo and he made this a great experience.

To clarify, our rental location is a private residence and does not allow personal vehicles to be left on-site. We are not responsible for personal vehicles left at the property. Fuel charges are based on the fuel level, not the estimated miles-to-empty, which varies with driving conditions. You disputed the charge with Turo, and Turo reviewed and upheld it.
Additionally, the vehicle was returned with over $2,500 in damage. Due to this experience, we will not accept future bookings from you.
Car was in excellent condition and pick up was easy.
