Mike was amazing. So helpful and positive in a situation that was a disaster before he showed up! Will be going around the rental companies when I come back to Little Rock next trip and go directly to Mike.

My experience using this app to rent a car was excellent, and a big part of that was thanks to Omega. He went above and beyond to help me with things he didn’t have to, like helping me better understand how the app works. This type of host truly exceeded my expectations.
When I received the car, it was spotless and came with a full tank of gas. Omega was always on time, responded quickly whenever I had questions, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I would definitely rent from him again and highly recommend him to anyone using Turo.
