Car ran and drove great. AC worked. Host was very communicative and disclosed an issue before hand. Super easy pickup up and drop off. Also it did not have Android Auto as was advertised. Not too big of an issue as I knew most of where I was going, but without the ability to pull up maps, it made it harder for areas I did not know.

Informed 10 minutes before pick up that driver outside door handle was broken. Had my adult kid with me so not big deal most time, but horrible when driving alone! Great car for getting around and especially parking, but maybe just not this one.
