Excellent vehicle, served us perfectly both around Vegas and for a family road trip through Utah and Arizona. Hosts were communicative and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Rental was a decent price , the seats inside vehicle are all ripped up . At the end of my trip I was given the option to take the car through the car wash which I think is odd . Why would I want to do that? What if the car wash damages the car and I don’t have time to deal with that if I’m catching a flight home . The car wasn’t completely on a full tank of gas but I filled it all the way up completely so there was no issues .
Hi Danielle, thank you for your feedback. The seats are fitted with protective covers to preserve the original upholstery; we do agree they’re due for replacement and are addressing that. The vehicle was provided just under full due to a quick turnaround and we communicated it only needed to be returned at the same level. The complimentary car wash is optional and offered as a convenience if the vehicle gets dirtier, helping guests avoid cleaning fees. We appreciate your feedback, safe travels!
