The car was clean and in great shape. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Pick up a drop off instructions were clear. Amazing experience overall!

The truck looked nice on the outside but it was priced way too high with the unpleasant odor inside. The Christmas tree air freshener hanging on the rear view mirror didn't help.
Also, if they're having you pickup and return a vehicle to LAX Budget Parking, be sure to get there with plenty of time before your flight. I parked the truck and waited there for 40 minutes just to get picked up. Once I got on the shuttle, it took more time to finally get to the terminal and even without having to check in at the counter for any checked bags or to get a ticket, I still missed my flight.

Thomas, speaking about the smell, all of my cars smell very good and I take close attention to this. The problem of smell is from you apparently because there is no smell at all when I gave you the car. For the pickup/drop off, it's assigned by Turo not me. for missing your flight, it looks like you were late and you should consider to fix your own problems not blaming it on others. Your time is your responsibility.
They were very helpful and accommodating on short notice, would recommend
