The 2018 Kia Sorrento was in good condition, it ran well, new tires, wipers worked fine when needed. Comfortable suv for my tall frame. Maged was excellent with responses (my first time driving a Kia). Happy to reserve with him in the future.

Car was smoked in to the point of us all having headaches. Cigarette burns in upholstery, back hatch wouldn’t open. Host not responsive to these issues
