The car was dirty inside and out. Not disgusting, but not clean either. One of the tires had a slow leak, which turned out to be caused by two separate nails. Because the leak was so slow, I have no idea when they got there. I assume the nails were already in the tire before I picked the car up, but I have no way to know for sure. Honestly, that part wasn't a big deal, and the owner offered to come help.
The bigger problem was the spare. When I went to put on the full size spare, it was flat. Luckily I had access to a pump. The spare looked fine, but it lost air much faster than the original tire. We made it work and finished the trip, and I bought a can of Fix a Flat for the spare.
What really frustrated me was the communication. After I messaged the owner about the spare being flat, he stopped responding. He didn't reply again until I told him we weren't able to park in the Turo lot, and that was about two days later.
On top of that, when I went to drop the car off, there were no spaces in the Turo lot. Five cars were waiting and no one was leaving. I had a flight to catch, so I parked in the regular lot. The owner then sent me a bill for parking.
Honestly, this whole experience made me never want to use Turo again.

Nice comfortable car. I few small issues. The side view mirrors don’t stay in place when the door closes and the windshield wipers were pretty warn down.
