Great comms, nice and clean, simple drop off and pickup. Super convenient for the airport pickup/dropoff.
Small amount of pulsating in brakes but they responded promptly and said they would take a look.
"Hi Paul, thank you for the feedback and for the kind words regarding our communication and the airport convenience! Regarding the pulsating you noticed, we had our team perform a full inspection immediately after your trip. We found the brakes to be in perfect working order; the sensation was actually due to the tires needing a balance and rotation. We've taken care of that, and the Subaru is driving smoothly. We hope to host you again at Axis Mobility!"
