Everything was great. The pick up shuttle was easy to do and made things a lot easier. We didn’t know that they may be out on a run at drop off so we waited a minute to get things returned but no big deal. The car is great! No issues.

The car was fine, pick up location is a dump, but the shuttle drivers were nice.
Thank you for the kind words about the car—I really appreciate it! I’m glad the shuttle drivers made a good impression. I’m sorry the pickup location wasn’t what you expected. I use Park & Go because it’s a secure, highly rated lot next to the airport, and the shuttle takes you straight to the car—no airport hassle or parking fees. Many guests find it very convenient. I truly appreciate the feedback and would be happy to offer airport delivery next time 😊

Unexpected to shuttle
Car was shaky at first but now smoothed

Since I didn’t receive a response, it seemed the shuttle option worked for your trip, as it does for most guests. I’m glad the car drove smoothly afterward. The vehicle is regularly maintained and recently passed inspection to ensure a safe and reliable experience.
