The car unfortunately wasn’t up to par during my trip, as I experienced an issue with the vehicle. However, the owner took full responsibility for the situation, was very communicative and understanding, and issued a full refund for the trip. I appreciate how professionally and fairly he handled the situation. Things don’t always go as planned, but the way an issue is handled makes a big difference.

In your case, a rare electronic issue involving the car’s computer system occurred, and the Kia dealership is addressing it. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
