I returned the car one day earlier than originally scheduled and submitted a request to end the trip early. Unfortunately, the request was allowed to expire without being accepted.
After returning the vehicle, I sent another message confirming that the car had been dropped off and asking to make sure the return was acknowledged. I did not receive a response until the following day.
Since the vehicle was returned early and I made multiple attempts to notify you and end the trip, I would appreciate having the trip adjusted to reflect the actual return date and time and any applicable charges corrected.
