5 stars. The host was very responsive from start to finish and always attentive to anything I needed. Communication was excellent, pickup was easy, and he made the rental process smooth. Even when I had a concern with the vehicle, he responded quickly and professionally. I truly appreciate the great customer service and would definitely rent from him again.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE! Had to search for vehicle amongst about 40 other parked vehicles in a back area of a multi business salvage and tow yard (200 yard walk from drop off address). When I got the vehicle, I barely drove 5 miles and the rear driver’s side paneling was falling off as well as a big piece in the rear bumper. I had to pull over continuously to pop it back on so the wind would not make it rip off. The vehicle (Equinox) drives poorly, transmission slips and the engine rattles, as well as worrisome noises when turning and driving over 45 MPH with the engine. The host advised me he was aware of the “accident” from the prior rental the day before yet chose to allow the rental to go out before having the vehicle fixed, which didn’t sit well with me. Very unreasonable dealing with and I will NOT be renting again from “Panda.” BE VERY CAUTIOUS, I WASTED $250 FOR A VEHICLE THAT WAS UNSAFE AND FALLING APART! STAY AWAY!!

Your trip was completed as scheduled over two days with nearly 400 miles driven, and no replacement or early return was requested. The vehicle was returned without a full tank, and only the standard refueling fee was applied per Turo policy. We believe this review does not accurately reflect the overall trip or the vehicle’s condition.
