The host was very polite and understanding. Very knowledgeable, and has great communication. The car was clean on the outside, however, the truck was kind of sluggish the entire time. The glove compartment is off track, the arm rest was filthy, the rear passenger seat has a stain on it, and while I was returning the vehicle, the traction light came on and the car wouldn’t go past 25mph. The dash stated that the travitrax needed to be serviced. After driving 5 more minutes, it jumped to 35 mph. I was terrified that the car wouldn’t cut off on me. I was so relieved to reach the drop off destination. Again, the customer service was phenomenal, but the car needs to be serviced.
Thanks for reporting areas of improvement, and we’re very sorry you had a poor experience. Definitely not what we want for our guests. The Acadia will be snoozed while we address these areas of concern.
