The car smelled awful which was it not the host fault and they did try to correct the situation. However I wasn’t able to make it to the car wash for a detail before returning it. I’m happy with the host just hopefully they can go back and charge the previous guest to get that car fully cleaned.

The car drove well and we had no mechanical issues. However, it had a strong cigarette smoke odor at pickup despite being listed as non-smoking. I reported it immediately, but we couldn’t return for treatment because we were already traveling. If you’re sensitive to smoke odors, keep this in mind.

We rated this guest 1-star and won’t be renting to her again, nor do we recommend to other guests. She refused our attempts to correct the issue she reported, and chose to continue with the trip. A few hours after the trip ese scheduled to end, she tried to use the issue she raised as leverage to obtain a refund. Not only inappropriate but against Terms of Service. Not welcome to CarHavn ever again.
