Owner was unclear about parking the car and caused issues upon returning the car. Returning the car required parallel parking fyi. Owner tried to add additional fees that I had to rebuttal with turo. Car was great but unnecessary hassles came with it.
I understand you might be dealing with a lot, but street parking was clearly listed before and during the trip. You couldn’t park for 30 minutes in a spot suited for a truck, leaving it exposed to the road and literally under a street-cleaning sign in 2 hours. The keys were left out of the pouch, and I had to change the plans and go to recover the car, saving you from a $65–$500 ticket or tow. Next time in NYC, I suggest public transportation.
