Thank you for your feedback. We definitely would have appreciated a message in advance if there was any issue during your trip. We just completed our inspection of the vehicle and did not notice any unusual noises. Additionally, the vehicle was rented immediately before your trip and no concerns were reported.
For future reference, when the air conditioning is turned on in most vehicles, it is normal to hear a slight sound as the A/C compressor engages and begins operating.
