Car driving quality was ok. It was everything else that was disappointing because when I reserved the car it looked nice and looked clean. When I get there there are stains on the driver's seat and the back seats. I get it things happen, but that's not how it looks in the photos. Secondly, it was approximately 200 miles until it needed an oil change and I requested unlimited miles, so I feel an oil change should have been done. Third they claim to have put air in the tire, but since there was too many cars in the way they couldn't take the light off. I reserved the car weeks in advance not the day before pick up or the day of. Every morning I needed to put air in the tire. Also, their communication is only when it benefits them. When I reached out about the tire I was ignored on multiple outlets they provided. When I tried to extend the time by a few hours I was met with someone who either didn't care to help or did not know what to do. Last but not least, I never had to physically show my license especially when Turo makes you take a photo of your license and you with your license, so to be told Turo asks you to verify it with the picture is BS because they make you take a picture with the same license you send. It is safe to say I will not rent a car from this company again.
