The car quality itself was decent. We had an issue with the sticker on the tag being expired, having to take the vehicle with an expired tag didn’t really sit very well with me, but the host was able to provide proof of an updated tag after four days of having the vehicle. There were minor issues within the inside of the vehicle upon pick up such as the smell and there being what appeared to be grease on the headrest. I work at an automotive shop and this vehicle needs rear tires severely so needless to say, I didn’t feel safe the entire time we had the car, driving the distance we did, due to the tires. Other than these minor issues, the host was great and very responsive!

We appreciate the fact that you rented our car and return on time but inside was mess up. Thank God you mentioned cigarettes smell,We try hard to remove the smell and we reported it to TURO .The tag was provided as quickly as possible,the next working day .We can attach the multi point inspection on the car.The tires were just replaced a week before the last guest.Our cars are alway well taken care of by Aiken car dealership.We will let them double check again. Thank you.
