Thank you for your review. We respectfully disagree, as it does not accurately reflect the reservation. The vehicle location, photo, and check-in instructions were provided well in advance through Turo’s automated messages, but those messages were not reviewed. Booking-related questions were appropriately directed to Turo Support. The dashboard notice was a routine maintenance reminder—not a low-oil warning—and the vehicle was safe to drive.
