Our timestamps confirm the vehicle was onsite before your scheduled pickup time. There was also no tire-pressure warning prior to pickup. Tire pressure can fluctuate for several reasons during a trip. We manage multiple active reservations and respond as quickly as reasonably possible. Thank you again for your review.
