Amazing Tesla! This trip honestly made me want to buy one for myself. The car was super smooth, clean, and overall a great experience.
The host was very nice and professional. Only thing is responses could’ve been a little faster at times, and the pickup instructions for the keyless entry took a minute to figure out. Also, the 400 mile limit isn’t the best if you really love driving and want to take longer trips.
Other than that, everything was great and I’d definitely book again!

Hi Jason, I’m sorry to hear you didn’t end up taking the trip. As discussed prior to the reservation start, I advised you to contact Turo directly to process a cancellation in accordance with their policies. Since the trip was not canceled through Turo, it remained active on the platform.
For any refund considerations, Turo handles those directly, so I recommend reaching out to their support team and they’ll be able to review your case.
