The car was VERY clean, and we had no issues with the vehicle. Unfortunately during our trip was during the hurricane, so we had some issues w/ drop off at the end of our trip. But the host was very attentive and very kind and understanding. He tried to work with us the best that he could, and was VERY easy to communicate with. Overall, the trip was good!

I truly am sorry that we all had to deal with the unfortunate circumstance from the hurricane. thank you so much for understanding that we were not able to accommodate the drop off of the vehicle at another Airport outside of our area. you are extremely professional and we are humbled by your kindness.

unfortunately when we picked up the vehicle we found out that there was a manufacturing defect with one of the tires. we ended up having all four tires replaced as a safety measure. I do apologize for any inconvenience and we hope to earn your business again someday in the near future.
