Car reeks of stale cigarette smoke, seat heaters don’t work. The smoke smell was the worst part, made us sick.
No communication at all from this customer. Everything is of working condition in the car. You gave me a poor rating because of the cars location? I have the car listed for pickup at my house ): I am a small business in college, I apologize for the smell since it was back to back rentals and you picked the car up extremely early.
