The car was great , everything all together was good. The only thing is I had a bad experience with communication. Not having access to the Turo app due to being locked out of my phone . I tried to contact them via email and a phone number left on there rental and I was not able to get any response back at all. Which turned the whole experience into a nightmare causing me to pay over 200$ extra for things that could have been prevented and resolved if the communication was better. I take blame since I couldn’t communicate through the app . But overall still a very clean rental and they do very good business otherwise. I still highly recommend there rentals for anyone else .
