The car was perfect and immaculate condition. My gripe with the rental was that I booked for 7 AM but was told by the host that she doesn’t start until 815 which set my trip back. I also take issue with how many messages the host sent regarding the basics of the trip which we agreed to adhere to before renting. Also, the timing of the messages. Receiving a message about my return trip at 4 AM is not OK.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately after setting my hours on Turo they are somehow ignored. If the booking came in at 11pm it's possible not to have the car before my starting hours. I wanted to communicate that with you as soon as I could.
Host and service was excellent. I highly recommend anyone to rent a vehicle from her. I hope to work again with her in the future.
