Car was very clean. Very disappointed the the plug in had literally ZERO charge on it. Was absolutely stunned about that and felt duped. Additionally, we paid $24 from the airport lot because the car was dropped off 6 hours before we needed it. These are simple things that shouldn't be an issue for an almost $1400 rental experience.
We are very disappointed by your review, as we always deliver the vehicle fully charged and fueled, even though we are not required to do so, since this is not regulated by the Turo platform. However, we always do it for the convenience of our guests.
As for the parking fee, this is even more disappointing, because Turo reimburses you for airport parking charges. Therefore, this expense falls entirely on us. It is unfortunate that this was not understood. ☹️
