5 star car and would give it a 5 star trip but fuel was not full when I got it. It was about 35 miles short of full. Not a big deal. Thank you!!!

We are not required to provide the vehicle with a full tank unless the guest has prepaid for fuel. You only need to return the vehicle with the same fuel level as at pickup. Since the vehicle was delivered to the airport, a small amount of fuel was used during delivery, but you also did not have to refuel the vehicle to a full tank before returning it. It’s very unfortunate that you chose to take away a star from our rating over such a minor issue. ☹️
The trip and Maserati were great! Had a bit of an issue with pickup and they were very communicative and helped sort it right away. Highly recommend!

The host was very responsive and on time with the pick up and delivery. Communication was excellent and the car is absolutely gorgeous and was very clean and tank was on full. Highly recommend renting this car!!!!
