The host communicated but the communication was delayed which caused me to be late in departing as i needed some instruction on properly operating vehicle initially. I have rented from owner before with other vehicles and because he doesn’t honor making things right for inconveniences I may not choose to rent in the future. At the time I didn’t know this was the same owner. Vehicle is okay but does not hold much charge and if you need to commute outside of local areas may not be Ideal. You will need to charge every hour depending on the distance. I missed an event as a result of this and needed to constantly charge vehicle. Better suited for a local trip if you have time to keep charging vehicle.
Hi Niema, not sure what your issue other than charging was exactly? But I went out of my way and answered all 7 of your phone calls when you claimed the side mirror wasn’t working, when simply you weren’t operating it correctly, so I explained exactly how to do so. Also, the charging is part of the Tesla of which you knew you booked. So I’m not sure how the “inconvenience” of charging could have been dealt with any better on our end, but we did our best at the end of the day to answer your needs
