The car was very clean and in good condition. The issue we had was when we arrived, the parking ticket was not in the lockbox or the vehicle. Ultimately, after being delayed about 30 min, we had to pay $115 to be able to get out of the parking lot. The owner did eventually send me the cost, but it took several messages and requests. The instructions for return also referred to several potential “fees” for doing things incorrectly, which I’ve never encountered before. I am a regular Turo user and this was my first negative experience with a host - hopefully it was just a fluke.

The car was a nice and convenient vehicle for our excursion. With enough spacing for luggages, a good fuel tank and many more amenities, the jeep served us well.
