This was my very first Turo experience, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The BMW X5 was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, well-maintained, and drove like a dream.
Michael and Heather were absolutely amazing hosts. Their communication was exceptional before, during, and after the rental. They made sure every question was answered, ensured I was comfortable with everything, and truly went above and beyond to make this a great experience.
I can honestly say this exceeded all of my expectations. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Michael and Heather have set the bar incredibly high, and I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from them again. Thank you both for making my first Turo rental such an unforgettable experience! Fast and smooth pickup and drop-off experience. The vehicle was clean, well-maintained, and had a full tank of gas upon pickup. The air conditioning worked great and kept the vehicle comfortable in the warm climate I was traveling in. The host was quick to respond and communicated well throughout the trip. The price was very reasonable for such a nice luxury vehicle. Overall, a great experience, and I would gladly rent from this host again!
