I’m not usually a review person but this was such a bad experience. The exterior of the car is very beat up and that should’ve been my first sign to not check in and cancel the trip. Upon getting inside the car, you are hit with a very strong smoke or marijuana smell. When driving the front left wheel rattles when you hit bumps and when the car is driving under 35mpg there is a constant squealing noise. I’m not sure this car should be on the road. The sticker for an oil change also states around 138,700 miles and I picked up the car with 139,800 miles. The owner was very responsive and did come to look at the car and have it repaired an hour and a half away from the pick up and drop of location which is the only reason he earned stars. I would avoid this car at all costs until the owner gets some repairs done. It should not be on Turo. Drop off was also a nightmare. He has you park in a crowded area that is hard to find parking and then you have to uber to the airport which is an additional cost he did not tell us. We were told to take the budget vehicle there and back but budget told us no, that was not allowed.

The car is really beat up. Clunky suspension, lots of exterior body cheap repairs, lots of pet hair in interior.
