I had Poor Customer Service Experience.
I am disappointed with the customer service I received. The support team was unable to provide complete information, specifically regarding vehicle details.
They also did not cooperate well with renters who needed assistance, and both the host and other staff members were not friendly.
Turo is a large rental company and should be able to fix this issue immediately. I hope you will look into this and improve your service.
