Car did not drive well, both passenger side tires lost air during the drive and car had to be towed from PA to NJ. All the while disrupting our ability to be fully present to support family during a funeral weekend. Horrible experience

I’m truly sorry that your trip did not go as expected, as I always strive to provide a smooth rental experience. The vehicle was in 100% working condition at the beginning of your trip and was delivered without any tire issues or warning lights. Unfortunately, while the vehicle was in your possession, it sustained two flat tires due to road hazards causing damage to both tires. I tried my best to provide all the support I could throughout the situation but this was outside of my control!
