Host sent contradictory return instructions to what the system sent at about midnight the day before we were returning the car. The instructions said to return the car at the "long-term parking". LT parking is not convenient and an even bigger hassle than using a traditional rental car service. Later she said that the short-term terminal parking would have been ok, but that was after the fact.
Also car haven't been cleaned out the outside recently and windshield was quite dirty on the inside (causing glare at night).
Feel bad leaving this review, but it was the experience that we had, so hope that this feedback helps the owner improve her service.

The same instructions are given to every person and they follow the same it is unfortunate you couldn’t find the garage as the instructions are very simple and easy . The car was washed and cleaned and was dropped off in the evening since it was early pick up. In Philadelphia airport slot of construction is happening so the dust is very common. It is very sad you didn’t had a good trip. Will try our best next time

Pick up was extremely easy with the detailed photo instructions step by step at the airport! Car was great. Really efficient 36mpg on the highway and a perfect budget friendly option for our week! Would definitely recommend. Great great car and rental experience.
