Super great car. Easy to communicate with host and he was quick to respond. Will definitely rent from him again. Wish the car was a little cleaner, but honestly still a 5 star review.

Car itself is spacious and worked well for our family. However, it seems like car needs an immediate service. odometer shows service is long overdue and showed “key battery low” and a “check right brake light” warning right from day one (photos attached). The windshield wipers may need replacement or cleaning for better visibility.
The fuel tank was only half full at pickup (photo uploaded), and the car’s interior was not clean.
The pickup experience was challenging: the host initially asked me to collect the car from a different location from the one mentioned on Turo, and when I arrived there, he mentioned the car wasn’t there because he forgot where it was parked as he has multiple cars on Turo. I totally understand managing multiple vehicles can be challenging, but respecting renters’ time is important.
