Pick up was easy, host was easy to get a hold of. Unfortunately the car smells like smoke. Still giving five stars because the owner offered to do a car wash and waived the toll fees. I have small kids, which is why I needed a seven seater car and the smell was really tough and not something a car wash will get out.
