I had the best experience and highly recommend renting this car from Leo. The car was in perfect condition, and the process from start to finish was seamless all thanks to Leo and his incredible customer service. From the start, Leo was very responsive and even met me at the pick up location where he was a tremendous help with ensuring everything went well. If you’re looking for an excellent vehicle and outstanding host to work with, Leo is your guy! 10/10 experience on all fronts and would defiantly book again!

From soup to nuts, the experience was nowhere worth the price point. The car is showing its age - it has almost 90k miles. Unfortunately, there are maintenance issues with the vehicle: the speedometer is 3 to 4 mph “fast” and the windshield washing system froze over when we were skiing. For 2/3rds of the price, the car is a fine deal. However, at this price point I expect more. The pick-up and drop-off were total chaos: the host had me meet his “aunt” at the JFK passenger loading and offloading (not a parking garage…) to exchange the vehicle. It was so awkward and inappropriate for the space. And most of all - very far from luxury. The car’s color is even more nauseating in real life.
