Leesa was an outstanding host and her Audi SQ7 was absolutely fantastic. The vehicle was in excellent condition...clean, well-maintained and exactly as described.
What really set this experience apart was Leesa’s flexibility and hospitality. She went above and beyond by accommodating a pickup at a different airport than and was equally accommodating with a separate drop-off location when my return flight departed from another airport. That level of convenience made my business trip much smoother!
Leesa was kind, communicative, responsive and genuinely pleasant to work with throughout the entire rental. It's clear she cares about providing a great experience for her guests.
I would not hesitate to rent from Leesa again the next time I'm in New York for business...highly recommended!
