FIRST, this car looks nothing like the pictures. It has rust and dirt everywhere! He rented me the vehicle filthy! Dirty outside and in. Then! There's a loud banging in the truck whenever you push the gas or turn. Lastly the engine light was on. The host then called my personal number instead of professionally using the turo app, to threaten me. I don't know how he got my number but when I told him the issues with his car he said it wasn't like that when he gave it to me. Then he threatened to call the cops on me because I clearly wasn't happy he was calling my personal number. This host is a psychopath and narcissist! I reported him to turo but they only seen to care about how I responded to the host ON MY PERSONAL PHONE. Yesterday the manager at turo said I'd be getting a full refund because I clearly gave them proof and now today we will only give you 50% back. I work too hard for my money to be treated like this. I'm reporting them to the better business agency and I reporting this fraudulent transaction to my bank. Be careful with the pictures in this app because you get there and realize the pictures were taken CLEARLY when the vehicle was first purchased. This host is a scam and so is turo!
BEWARE! Everything she said is the opposite. She cursed and threatened us by calling her dad who is a cop. She rented for 5 days and only the last day complained about the car. If she told us on day one we could have swapped her for any other car in stock.

Overall had a terrific experience. Host was very responsive, particularly when there was an issue with the headlights and a question about tolls. Car was clean and great to maneuver. The backup camera didn’t always work but the sensor did. Would definitely recommend this host and car.
