Heavy smoke smell otherwise no problems
Taylor, we apologize for the lack of respect from the previous guest who returned the vehicle 2 hours prior to your trip in subpar condition. We could not contact you as you were flying in and we did not want to cancel your trip abruptly leaving you carless upon landing. Please join us hosts in our pleas to Turo to revamp their smoking policies to eliminate inconsiderate guests from renting our vehicles. We hope you use the discount code provided for a future trip as we seek to redeem ourselves.
