AC doesn’t work and car shakes terribly

The vehicle developed a flashing check engine light during our trip and also displayed a persistent “Hood Open” warning even when the hood was fully closed.
Due to these issues, we were asked to return the vehicle earlier than scheduled, which significantly disrupted our travel plans and resulted in additional expenses.
While communication was maintained, our concerns regarding the vehicle issues and compensation were not directly addressed. Unfortunately, this made the overall experience disappointing.

As soon as the warning lights appeared, I remained in contact and followed Turo’s guidance to address the situation. The vehicle had no active warning lights before the trip, and unexpected issues can occasionally occur. I understand the disruption this caused and appreciate your patience. The vehicle is being inspected to ensure everything is fully resolved.
