1st time...never do that again...absolutely worse experience...from pure neglect...that could've been prevented

Customer drove vehicle 2 states away and had no trouble for a week. Stated the tire blew on the way back. I told her what do according to Turo‘s regulations. She was decent upon return, but then kept sending me text messages harassing me once the car was back. She had one job….call Turo but she texted me. SMH 🤦🏾
Host was very responsive. Had a minor issue where the car wouldn’t start, but between the two of us on the phone, we figured out what the problem was (put the key inside of the little pocket in the middle console if it doesn’t ever start for you). Vehicle was mostly clean, but we did find tons of crumbs and random items under the middle row. Middle console did not stay shut, but there was some Velcro and we didn’t really have an issue with it because our elbows stayed on it. Vehicle did have some body damage on the passenger side and some chips in the windshield that I was not aware of, but neither caused any issues with our trip. Overall, I would absolutely rent from this host again… This vehicle, too.
