The car was very dirty when I got it was as if the car had not been washed or cleaned after the last person drove the car. I was very disappointed in the exterior and interior cleanliness of the car. To be quite frank it was embarrassing because it was filthy much different than my last Turo experience. Unlike this vehicle it was spotless and a pleasure to drive. I was here for an unexpected death of a family member I was limited on time so I could change my reservation to a different vehicle. Nice vehicle but the cleanliness was poor.
Sorry and thank u. The vehicle was taken to the car wash about 15 minutes before pickup and the exterior was cleaned. The interior was vacuumed as well. Due to snowy conditions, the rubber mats appeared slightly discolored, which I had informed you about prior to pickup via Turo messages. For transparency, the vehicle was also returned without refueling, with a window left open, and the dash cam unplugged. I appreciate the feedback and will continue improving the guest experience.
