Great vehicle. Very clean. No issues mechanically. Great mpg. Good customer service. Knocked down a point because the car smelled very strong of cigarette smoke when it was supposed to be smoke free.

We apologize for the smoke odor. The guest immediately before you had smoked in the vehicle. We removed most of the smoke odor before your trip, unfortunately the hot weather activated the longer smoke odor. We do our utmost best to make sure every guest receives a clean smoke free vehicle, however once in a while we get someone who violates the no smoking policy and there may not be enough time to completely remove the smoke odor before the next trip begins. Sorry, you had to tolerate it.
