The vehicle was as advertised and met my expectations overall. The only downside was having to pay for parking to pick it up, which was an unexpected added expense. Otherwise, the rental process went smoothly.

Extremely responsive. Car worked very well and was perfect for the beach
After inspecting the car the TTops had not been put in correctly by a previous guest making the seal incorrect. Unfortunately this led to the leaking experienced by the guest. The issue has been resolved.

The Jeep served its purpose perfectly for our trip. It didn’t have all the bells and whistles, but everything was exactly as described in the listing, which we really appreciated. Communication was clear and efficient throughout, and both pickup and drop-off were seamless.
We especially loved having the option to upgrade and use the beach gear—it made our vacation that much easier and more enjoyable. The only minor issue was that the corners of the doors leaked a bit during rain, but nothing significant enough to impact our trip.
Overall, it was a great vehicle for a beach vacation, and we’d happily rent again.
