We were nervous it would be a tight squeeze for our family of 5 with 6 bags, but we had more than enough room and saved money by not having to rent a minivan. Brian was very communicative and pickup and drop off were easy. We would rent again.

I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a vehicle in the MetroWest area. Pickup location is located just a couple blocks away from Natick Center (and a commuter rail station). Brian was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Pickup was a breeze - the vehicle was remotely unlocked upon arrival and ready to go. The car was extremely clean (freshly washed and vacuumed) and offered modern conveniences such as Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. I visit the area often and will certainly use this vehicle / host again in the future.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Instructions were very clear on where the vehicle was located, we did not struggle at all finding it. Super easy. The car was extremely clean, full of fuel and worked flawlessly for the entirety of our trip. Definitely recommend this vehicle and host!
