Okay experience in general but compared to all of my many other Turo trips, this one was disappointing on many fronts from communication to misleading expectations. Only time I wondered why I didn’t use a traditional rental car provider.
We’re surprised by this feedback, as clear instructions and timely communication were provided throughout the trip. The vehicle was not properly returned—the key was not left as instructed and required multiple follow-ups to recover. Post-trip inspection also identified wheel damage. We consistently follow Turo guidelines and work to provide a smooth, transparent experience for all guests.
